We got a chance to sit down and talk fashion with our Material Girl, Kelly Osbourne at the MG Birthday party! We asked her who she thinks is the best dressed celebrity in Hollywood…although it’s a tough one…she chose Rihanna!

Rihanna is FIERCE. She’ll try out any look…she is definitely a Material Girl!!!
