Lucy Star Farewell: Tina

Hey Everyone!

So this is my last time posting on the MG blog, it’s time to hand it off to the new Material Girl. It’s been such an honor to be able to represent a brand as amazing as Material Girl. Something that is so unique and different, something that lets girls everywhere express themselves. I feel so lucky that I got to be a part of the MG team. Being able to follow up Kelly Osbourne and Taylor Momsen, and now handing it off to someone new, it’s just been such an incredible ride. To this day I still can’t believe I got to be a part of this whole thing. It’s crazy to think the day of the auditions for the Lucky Star search in Chicago, I was feeling really sick and I almost didn’t go. I was one of the last people in line, and I saw all the other girls and just kind of thought to myself,  “This would be insane if I got this.” What if I hadn’t gone that day? My life would not have changed in every single way. I’m so glad I made the decision to go to the auditions. It’s been the most amazing experience of my life, more than I could ever imagine and more than I could ever ask for. I thank everyone on the MG team, and all of you for helping me live my dream. I promise this won’t be the last time you see me :)

Much love,

Tina
